What happens after you order

Tracked all the way to your door. Updates can pause for a few days in transit, that's normal.
- 4Delivered
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the day you order. Duties and taxes are already paid.

What does my tracking status mean?
Info received: the label is created and the carrier will scan it soon. In transit: your parcel is moving, it may not update every day. Out for delivery: it arrives today. Delivered: check your mailbox, porch and with neighbours. Exception: something needs attention (for example, nobody home). Follow the carrier's note or email us.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days.
That's common while a parcel moves between carriers. If there's no update for 7 days in a row, email us and we'll check it for you.
Tracking says delivered, but I don't have it.
Check your mailbox, porch, back door and with neighbours, and give it one more day, scans are sometimes early. Still nothing? Email us and we'll sort it out.
I only got part of my order.
Orders with several items can arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking number in your shipping email.
I made a mistake in my address.
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can still change it.
Will I pay duties or taxes at delivery?
No. Duties and taxes are included in the price, so there's nothing to pay at the door.
I didn't get a shipping email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. Orders ship within 1–3 business days; if it's been longer, email us with your order number.
