14-day returns
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
How to start a return
Email hello@pawdusk.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our support team will reply with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us, so we can make sure your return reaches the right address.
Condition of returned items
Items should be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we'll refund the original payment method. You'll get an email when your refund has been processed.
